Charley Hoffman’s Frustrating Year Continues
6 years agoDespite beginning the week with a blistering 63 at Colonial, Charley Hoffman was unable to build on this and eventually finished the Fort Worth Invitational at three-under par, which was only good enough for a share of 52nd place. It’s indicative of Hoffman’s year, who has still yet to record a top-10 finish and has seen his world ranking drop 12 places to 34th since the beginning of 2018. Hoffman will tee it up at the Memorial this week, a place where he has made the cut on the last three occasions. His best effort came in 2014, where he finished T19.
