6 years agoTexas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre will start at designated hitter for the Texas Rangers once again on Tuesday. This is the second game in a row that Beltre will serve as the DH and his third straight game in the lineup. The Rangers are taking advantage of their day off Monday to keep Beltre fresh and in the lineup. Beltre has registered just two hits in 12 plate appearances since returning from the disabled list for a second time. However, on the season Beltre is still hitting .304 and should be his usual self once he has a few more PAs under his belt.--Ben Rolfe
