6 years agoTexas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre hit his second home run of the season on Tuesday. Beltre was making his fourth start -- his third at designated hitter -- since returning from the disabled list. Beltre's bat has yet to fully heat back up since his return, with just three hits in 16 plate appearances. However, this home run is a good sign that Beltre is feeling comfortable at the plate and putting the injury behind him. The Rangers seem committed to getting Beltre in the lineup as often as possible, and he has the ability to be a top-10 third baseman the rest of the season if he remains healthy.--Ben Rolfe
