6 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Chris Archer (abdominal) felt soreness the last two days and will not throw a simulated game Monday as planned. Archer's recovery is on hold for now as the Rays assess him. It does not seem that this will be a major setback for Archer, but it likely means we will not see him until the middle of next week at the earliest. Archer's struggles in 2018 have meant that he is no longer the absolute stud he was considered to be to start the season.--Ben Rolfe
