6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels have recalled right fielder Kole Calhoun (oblique) from the 10-day DL. He is in the starting lineup on Monday, batting ninth and playing right field. To make room on the roster, the team optioned outfielder Jabari Blash to Triple-A. Blash was hitting .111 with nine strikeouts in 18 at-bats for the Angels. Calhoun has had a horrific season up to this point, batting .145 on the year. The oblique injury may have had something to do with it however, so he's worth keeping an eye on in 14+ team leagues or AL-only formats.--patton
