6 years agoJustin Rose was in contention for his second U.S. Open title as play entered the weekend, but he could get little going, shooting 73 each day on his way to a 10th-place finish. Despite struggling to hit greens on Saturday, Rose found himself just one shot back entering Sunday, but he failed to take advantage of an "easier" course, as he was one of only four golfers in the top 10 who shot over par in the final round. Still, Rose continues to play some of the best golf of his career, and if he is going to break through for his second major this year, now seems like the time.--cmangano
