Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Agrees To Re-Sign With Lakers
6 years agoLos Angeles Laker shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has agreed to a $12 million deal to remain with the team for one more year. KCP enjoyed a career-high in three-point shooting at 38.8 percent and a career-high in rebounds with 5.2 per game. Caldwell-Pope has also been a consistent defender, recording 1.4 steals per game for the 2017-2018 season. However, Caldwell-Pope's career 40.9 percent shooting from the field can deter fantasy owners. Now, Caldwell-Pope gets the chance to play off superstar LeBron James after his recent signing. It is possible Caldwell-Pope's efficiencies will increase, while peripheral stats decrease slightly. If he's available near the end of your draft, Caldwell-Pope can do enough to warrant ownership in 12-team leagues.
