6 years agoGuard Marcus Smart has agreed to a four-year, $52 million contract to remain with the Boston Celtics. Smart has been instrumental to the success of the organization during his tenure, averaging 9.4 points and 1.5 steals per game over four seasons with the club in addition to sporting an impressive 99.4 percent defensive rating in 2018. Though injuries have been a constant issue for the 24-year-old, his defensive consistency paired with his ability to get hot on the offensive end certainly make up for it. If he is floating around in the later rounds of fantasy drafts, he is worth an add if you are willing to accept his tendency to be plagued with consistent ailments.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
