6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo had a two-home run night on Wednesday. The two home runs were part of a three hit night for Gallo, as he scored two runs and drove in four. Wednesday's game brings Gallo's batting average over .200 and takes him to 31 home runs on the season. The left-handed slugger now has five home runs in the last seven days. If Gallo is now entering a hot streak then there is every chance he could still hit 50 home runs this season, and possibly drag his average up to somewhere in the .220 region. If Gallo is on your waiver wire then now might be a good time to go out and add him hoping for a further home run binge over the next week so.--Ben Rolfe
