6 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Malik Williams was one of the only bright spots for the Falcons in the final preseason game against the Miami Dolphins. Williams rushed the ball seven times for 20 yards including an eight-yard touchdown. In addition, Williams also caught two passes, on two targets, for 35 yards. Williams also had a highlight play when he hurdled a defender. However, Williams left in the third quarter with a shoulder injury so his status for the season is a little bit unclear. It seems as though Williams has done enough to make the Falcons roster, but he may have to work his way up from the fourth string spot if he is to have any fantasy value this season.--Ben Rolfe
