6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Delino DeShields is off to a solid start in September. In six games and 12 plate appearances, DeShields is hitting .333, which is something his fantasy owners would love to see continue across the rest of the month. In addition, DeShields already has two stolen bases, despite that relatively limited time at the plate so far. If DeShields can get his bat and legs going in September, he could yet reach 30 stolen bases on the season, which would make him a valuable commodity down the stretch in fantasy leagues, especially ones with daily lineup changes.--Ben Rolfe
