6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo has struggled so far in the second half of 2018. Choo was always going to struggle to live up to the heights of his first half, when he hit 18 home runs with a .293 batting average. However, the second half has been pretty ugly, with just three home runs and a .229 batting average. Part of the issue for Choo is that he has had to play the field more in the second half. In the first half of the year he spent the majority of the time as the designated hitter, but Adrian Beltre's injury woes have meant that he has had to feature in right field more than he or the Rangers would have liked. At this stage Choo has very little fantasy value across the rest of the season.--Ben Rolfe
