Matt Ryan Has A Bounce-Back Performance Sunday
6 years agoAtlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan bounced back in a big way on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Coming off a bad performance in the season opener, Ryan completed 23-of-28 passes for 272 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Ryan also added two rushing touchdowns, including one where he shrugged off some hits to find the end zone. The two rushing touchdowns meant that Ryan had a monster day for fantasy owners, but him using his legs is not something owners should be relying on going forward. The positive is that Ryan also converted two red-zone opportunities through the air on Sunday. Ryan remains a matchup based start going forward this season.
