6 years agoAtlanta Falcons tight end Austin Hooper will likely once again be a touchdown-dependent fantasy option in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints. Hooper reeled in a touchdown and had 59 yards receiving on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. So far this season Hooper has caught seven of his eight targets and should have drawn a flag on the other one. Hooper has three red-zone targets in 2018, more than any other Falcons player, with two receptions and a touchdown. Hooper's work in the offseason with Matt Ryan appears to have earned him Ryan's trust and I expect him to see further red-zone targets in Week 3. Hooper is an interesting start this week as he is starting to see more targets out of the red zone and if that trend continues he may very quickly become a must-start fantasy tight end. This week against the Saints should be a a high-scoring back-and-forth game which should be good for Hooper, meaning I am starting him if I do not own any of the big three tight ends.--Ben Rolfe
