6 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Norman Powell led his club with 21 points in the team's third preseason contest. Powell scored these points in an efficient manner as he knocked down 8-for-11 from the floor and 3-of-5 from downtown to go along with three assists and three rebounds. Powell has proven to go on decent runs when given the opportunity but with the Raptors being loaded on the wings, we can only view Powell as a streamer in most leagues and is worth a look in later rounds in deeper leagues.--Gianni Costantiello
