Devonta Freeman Has Tough Game Sunday
6 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman had a tough game in his return to the lineup against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Freeman rushed the ball eight times for 32 yards, with a longest rush of 20 yards. Freeman also added nine yards receiving on two receptions from his two targets. The issue for Freeman was that the Falcons were chasing this game right from the first quarter and therefore had to commit to the pass. The positive for Freeman is that he out touched Tevin Coleman 10 touches to nine. Freeman's fantasy value going forward could be extremely up in the air given that this offense is going to need to go full steam to keep up with opponents scoring against their defense.
