6 years agoSacramento Kings shooting guard Frank Mason III got the start at shooting guard during Monday's preseason contest. Bogdan Bogdanovic (knee) is sidelined, so either Mason or Buddy Hield are the most likely candidates to take over the starting spot. Mason is averaging 11.5 points, 5.8 assists and 2.3 steals, while shooting 61.9 percent from the floor this preseason. Head coach Dave Joerger did not confirm Mason is the starter, but it's safe to assume he'll be heavily utilized.
