Bradley Beal Takes Back Seat Wednesday Night
6 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal took a secondary role on offense Wednesday night in a preseason win over the Detroit Pistons. Beal saw teammate John Wall go off for 32 points, but Beal had himself an almost mistake-free game himself. Beal scored a modest 17 points on 6-for-11 shooting while adding four rebounds in 28 minutes. Beal also committed zero turnovers Wednesday, which is a pleasant surprise considering he averages 2.0 per game over his career. Beal is slated for another solid season as the primary scoring option on the Wizards and would only boost his value if he is able to limit his turnovers and boost efficiency this year.
