6 years agoBoston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum scored a game-high 24 points in Thursday's 101-95 win over OKC. He also matched his season-high, shooting 8-for-18 from the field and 1-for-3 from deep, while being perfect from the line with seven attempts. Tatum also had six rebounds in the game. The Celtics have really struggled to score early in the season and they made only 38.4 percent of their shots against the Thunder, but Tatum is off to a decent start. He's close to averaging a double-double in 34 minutes per game with 18.8 points and 9.6 rebounds. The Celtics head to Detroit now to face a Pistons side that is in the bottom third of the league with their 110.8 defensive rating, so it's a good matchup for the team to get going offensively.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
