6 years agoBoston Celtics small forward Gordon Hayward contributed only five points to the team's 101-95 win on Thursday against OKC. He played 24 minutes as a starter, but couldn't get anything going, even struggling from the free throw line, finishing 2-for-4. He shot 1-for-5 overall, with three of his misses coming from behind the arc. He did match his season-high with seven rebounds, but that will satisfy only a small portion of fantasy owners. Hayward was always going to find it difficult to get back to his best straightaway after his horrific injury, so his struggles aren't a surprise. Playing the Pistons in the next couple of games might lift his spirits though, as they have allowed 100-plus points in every game so far.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
