6 years agoDenver Nuggets forward/center Paul Millsap shot 6-for-12 from the field on Monday against New Orleans to post a new season high with 18 points. He did his work in only 27 minutes, adding eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block to his tally. The days of Millsap getting 20-plus points a game are gone, but he's a very important defensive piece for the Nuggets, and he's proving his worth, having registered at least one block in every game so far, while picking up a total of six steals. Millsap might not be spectacular, but he's as reliable as they come these days, and he remains a key piece for Denver even if he's averaging less than 30 minutes per game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
