6 years agoWashington Wizards center Dwight Howard scored 20 points on 7-for-8 shooting from the field in Friday's blowout loss to the Thunder. Howard added three rebounds, two steals along with one assist in 23 minutes. The 32-year-old got his first game of the campaign off to a great start by tallying 13 first-quarter points. However, he was really a non-factor after the first 12 minutes, as he managed just one more field goal attempt, although the fact that he was 6-for-8 from the charity stripe is good news and his effort on the boards was disappointing. The 15-year pro missed the first seven games with a strained muscle in his buttocks. Howard, who may be on a minutes restriction, is still one of the top fantasy centers in the league.--Daniel Benjamin
