Young was called for a flagrant-2 for hitting Miami forward Kelly Olynyk in the face with an elbow with 1:38 left in the half. It is the first ejection of the 12th-year veteran's career and only his second flagrant foul. He finished the night with three points along with four rebounds, and one steal, one assist and three turnovers in 16 minutes.
