6 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Elfrid Payton (ankle) said he felt good at shootaround, but remains questionable for Friday's game against the New York Knicks. On Thursday, head coach Alvin Gentry said Payton was "really close" to returning. Wesley Johnson would move back to the bench, assuming Payton returns on Friday. Johnson would go back to his normal role off the bench. Fantasy owners should check back closer to game time.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
