6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard C.J. McCollum delivered an 18-point effort in Friday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. As has been the case for many of McCollum’s games this season, he offered little else statistically, adding just two assists, one rebound and one steal to go along with three turnovers. He remains a constant due to his scoring and his role is likely to remain unchanged this season, so stay patient with the sixth-year guard as he seeks his fourth consecutive season averaging 20 points per game.--Jesse Borek
