6 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons scored 10 points on 4-for-9 shooting in Friday's victory (113-107) over the Jazz. The 6-foot-10 Australian added eight rebounds, eight assists, one block, one steal as well as three turnovers in 36 minutes. It was his third-worst scoring efficiency game of the year. He has now attempted less than 10 shots in three straight games, totaling 14 attempts and 19 points over the last two contests. Simmons will look to get back on track offensively against the Hornets on Saturday. The 22-year-old, who turned in his best performance of the season against Charlotte in the team's last meeting (Nov. 9), has compiled 36 points along with 24 dimes and 22 rebounds in the team's first two meetings.--Daniel Benjamin
