Allonzo Trier Dishes Out Season-High Five Dimes
6 years agoNew York Knicks shooting guard Allonzo Trier tallied 11 points on 4-for-11 shooting from the floor, including 1-for-4 from the three-point line, in Friday's loss to the Pelicans. The rookie, who made his second start of the season, also doled out a season-high five assists while committing just one turnover in 34 minutes. He has increased his defensive production recently, totaling six blocks and nine steals over his last six games. Trier has increased his production in November from October's numbers, averaging 13 points along with three rebounds, two assists as well as 1.1 steals in 28.3 minutes over nine games. Still, his fluctuating minutes make it difficult for him in standard leagues, but the 22-year-old is worth a look in points leagues as well as deeper leagues.
