6 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell scored 23 points on 8-for-16 shooting in Friday's win over the Washington Wizards. Russell also added six assists and two steals. With Caris Levert set to miss most of the season with a dislocated foot, Russell has had to step up his usage, and over the past three games he's taking 18.7 field goal attempts per game. Brooklyn plays the Clippers on Saturday, who allow the 11th-most points per game in the league. Expect Russell to be heavily involved once again.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
