6 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Quinn Cook finished with 15 points during Saturday’s loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The third-year guard was limited to just 22 minutes, but was not bashful during his time on the floor, finishing 6-for-10 from the field overall, while knocking down three threes. Cook is now up to 50 percent shooting from long range this season, and while Stephen Curry remains on the shelf, Cook looks like a strong play most nights no matter the opponent due to his shooting ability, but it’s worth remembering he may be just a rental in the case of any season-long trades.--Jesse Borek
