6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Dennis Schroder continued to shine in his role as the team’s starting point guard during Saturday’s win over the Phoenix Suns. Although Russell Westbrook is reportedly nearing a return soon, Schroder has excelled in the former’s absence. He finished Saturday with 15 points, seven assists, five rebounds and four steals. Even when Westbrook returns, Schroder seems to have developed a nice rhythm within the Oklahoma City offense that should make owners comfortable deploying him in lineups even if he does return to a bench role.--Jesse Borek
