6 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Collin Sexton keyed the offense in Monday’s defeat to the Detroit Pistons, pouring in 18 points across 24 minutes. It was an all-around efficient night for the rookie, who shot 6-for-10 from the field overall and added four assists without a turnover. A plethora of Cleveland guards cut into his minutes Monday, but with veteran George Hill sidelined for the time being, feel confident running the rookie out there as he is averaging 18.6 points per game over his last five contests.--Jesse Borek
