6 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young dished out a career-best 17 assists in Monday’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. The rookie point guard didn’t just facilitate the offense, he also led the way with 25 points, even if it did come on a clunky 8-for-22 performance. It’s the sixth double-digit assist effort from Young, who has shown glimpses of being a potentially elite fantasy asset sometime in the near future. His struggles from three-point range continue (24 percent on the year), but don’t expect Young to take his foot off the gas as Atlanta will presumably give him carte blanche to operate.--Jesse Borek
