6 years agoAtlanta Hawks forwards Omari Spellman(hip) and Alex Poythress (ankle) are listed as doubtful for Wednesday night's game against the Raptors. Spellman left Monday's loss to the Clippers early due to a hip contusion. He tallied seven points in 14 minutes of action before exiting. Meanwhile, Poythress, who is averaging 4.9 points in 13.9 minutes of action in nine November games, did not play on Monday. Both players are set to see their minutes drastically reduce as John Collins' conditioning continues to improve. Spellman and Poythress belong on the waiver wire.--Daniel Benjamin
