Marcus Morris Ties Season-High With 21 Points
6 years agoBoston Celtics power forward Marcus Morris poured in 21 points off the bench during Wednesday’s loss to the New York Knicks, tying his season high. Morris’ shift to the bench this season hasn’t affected his scoring ability, although he had averaged just 7.7 points per game over his last three contests. He knocked down three threes and added eight rebounds Wednesday, with a good chance to follow up with another strong performance when he faces the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, who are allowing the most points in the league to opposing power forwards.
