Lonzo Ball Records First Double-Double Of Season
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball posted 13 points, 11 assists, four rebounds, and one steal along with two turnovers in Friday's loss to the Spurs. The second-year pro was 5-for-16 from the field and 2-for-6 from the three-point line. While it was his first double-double of the season, the 21-year-old has been pretty productive the past two games -- both of which have been against the Spurs -- compiling 27 points along with 20 assists, eight rebounds, three steals and three turnovers in 78 minutes of action. He also made multiple three-pointers (five total) in consecutive games for the first time since Nov. 11-14. Ball will look to extend his streak of coming up with at least one steal to five straight games in a pretty advantageous matchup against Mike Conley and the Grizzlies on Saturday.
