6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs small forward/power forward Rudy Gay filled the stat sheet with 10 points, six rebounds, two assists, one block, two steals and three turnovers in Friday's win over the Lakers. A game after taking 21 shots and scoring a season-high 31 points, the 32-year-old was 4-for-8 from the field and 2-for-4 from beyond the arc. He has been stroking the ball well from deep lately, making 21 of his last 44 three-point attempts (47.7 percent). Gay, who has scored in double-figures in three straight games, will look to make amends for Tuesday's zero-point and one rebound performance against the Jazz when the teams meet on Sunday.--Daniel Benjamin
