Jalen Brunson Plays Well In Second Start
6 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Jalen Brunson made his second NBA start in Saturday's win over the Houston Rockets, finishing with 14 points on 7-for-9 shooting. He had three assists and three steals as well. Brunson seems to be growing into a larger role for the Mavericks, but he'll return to the bench when Dennis Smith Jr. (wrist) returns, which could be as soon's as Monday's meeting with the Magic. Brunson is an interesting DFS option if he gets more starts in the future, but as a bench player, it would be wise to monitor how his minutes are distributed for a little longer before trusting him in lineups.
