6 years agoCharlotte Hornets power forward Marvin Williams scored 13 points in 27 minutes and finished with a game-high plus-26 rating in Sunday's win over the Knicks. He shot 4-for-9 from the field, including 3-for-7 from downtown. Williams also picked up five rebounds and one steal. He's had some serious struggles shooting the basketball this season, but there have been signs of improvement in recent games with him posting multiple 10-plus point outings and even notching some double-doubles. Williams' improved form faces a big test on Wednesday when the Hornets take on Blake Griffin and the Pistons.
