6 years agoPhoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker scored 28 points, seven assists, and seven rebounds in 107-99 victory over the Timberwolves on Saturday. He made 10 of 16 shots from the field and three of six from beyond the arc as well as five of six from the charity stripe. It was his first game since Dec. 2 as he missed six straight contests with a hamstring injury. The 22-year-old made five of his first six shots and had 13 points at halftime. He then heated up in the third quarter, tallying 13 points as he knocked down four of six shots while also making all four of his free throws. Booker has a decent matchup against the Knicks, who are allowing opposing shooting guards to average 23.6 points along with seven rebounds and 4.6 assists as well as shooting 50 percent from the field over the last 10 games.--Daniel Benjamin
