6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard/shooting guard Derrick Rose was on-fire as he made 11 of 16 shots from the field, including two of three from deep range, for 25 points in Saturday's loss to the Suns. The 30-year-old didn't do much else in the 33 minutes he was on the floor as he contributed just one rebound, one assist and two steals. It was the fourth time that he has made 11 shots from the field in a game, which is his second most this season. The 10th-year pro has topped the 20-point mark in three straight games and has reached double-figures in 17 of his last 18 outings. Rose will look to continue his resurgence this season against a Kings' squad that he is averaging 20.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, two three-pointers, and 4.5 assists while shooting 51.7 percent from the field in the teams previous two meetings this season.--Daniel Benjamin
