6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point guard Mike Conley finished with a team-high 23 points during Wednesday’s loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. Conley was questionable to play coming into the contest, but shook off any doubt about the strength of the hamstring that caused him to miss Monday’s game. He finished Wednesday 5-for-10 from three, while adding six assists and four rebounds for another strong performance. The Sacramento Kings loom Friday, a club Conley has scored the ball consistently against in his career to the tune of 15.7 points per game, his fifth-most against any opponent.--Jesse Borek
