6 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Kawhi Leonard continued to excel with many of his teammates out due to injury, as he registered a team-high 37 points on Friday. Leonard also added six rebounds with an assist and a steal with two makes from three. Coach Nurse had mentioned in previous weeks that Leonard was cleared for back-to-backs, but it has now been stated that he is going to sit out Saturday's contest versus the 76ers. There will be a handful of players to look at in that contest for the Raps, with Fred Vanvleet and Delon Wright looking to carry a lot of the load in the backcourt.--Gianni Costantiello
