6 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley ended his Week 16 matchup with the Carolina Panthers with a nice fantasy return. Ridley only caught three passes on the day, but he took one them 75 yards to the end zone to give him 90 total yards and the score. Ridley returned a welcome 15 points for fantasy owners in standard leagues, but unfortunately the only place that likely mattered was in best ball formats, as Ridley has been impossible to start down the stretch this season. The same goes for Week 17 against a toughened up Buccaneers team, as Ridley breaking a big one cannot be relied upon week-in week-out.--Ben Rolfe
