Andre Drummond Posts 10th Straight Double-Double
6 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond kept his double-double streak rolling Wednesday against the Washington Wizards, finishing with 16 points and 11 rebounds for his 10th consecutive double-double. Drummond also dished out a season-high four assists to go along with three steals and two blocks to pad his stat line. In addition to leading the league in rebounds per game (15.4), Drummond is on pace for a new career high in scoring at 17.7 points per contest. His production hasn’t seemed to fluctuate much based on his opponent, which can make him a tricky DFS proposition most nights, but his floor is as high as any elite-level center. On paper, he has a tough match-up with Myles Turner and the Indiana Pacers come Friday, who are allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points per contest to opposing centers this season.
