6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guards Derrick Rose and Jeff Teague are both doubtful to play in Sunday’s match-up against the Miami Heat. Both are battling ankle injuries, with Rose having been forced to the locker room late in Friday’s contest due to the issue. Should both miss Sunday, Tyus Jones would figure to be in line for a huge increase in run, although he has proven to deliver still only moderate numbers even when both are sidelined. For Teague, it would be his seventh straight absence, but not being ruled out immediately bodes well for his return sometime early in 2019.--Jesse Borek
