6 years agoMiami Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade has his status for Friday’s game versus the Washington Wizards up in the air due to an illness. Wade missed Wednesday’s outing due to the ailment, with Dion Waiters making his return and scooping up some of Wade's minutes. Despite a backcourt that continues to remain crowded in Miami, Wade has reeled off seven consecutive double-digit scoring performances, and would have a favorable match-up versus the Wizards on Friday should be able to suit up.--Jesse Borek
