Terrence Ross Fires Up Nine Three-Point Attempts Off Bench
6 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Terrence Ross finished 3-for-9 from long range during Friday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, en route to a 13-point outing. Ross is shooting more than ever this season, on pace for career highs with 11.6 field-goal attempts, 2.1 three-point makes and 5.5 three-point attempts per game. All of that has led to 13.3 points per contest in 38 games off the bench for Orlando, also in line to become a career best. This level of shooting leads Ross to be a strong wire add in some formats, one that has a high ceiling when he catches fire. Leading Orlando’s second unit, Ross has already had 18 games this season with 15 points or more, making him a nice low-cost DFS option on most nights and an intriguing season-long piece.
