6 years agoShooting guard Patrick McCaw appears to have landed on his feet with a new club: the Toronto Raptors. He was waived by Cleveland on Sunday, quickly going from the worst team in the Eastern Conference by way of record, to the best. McCaw will be joining a jam-packed Toronto backcourt unit, so owners certainly shouldn’t rush to snag him off the wire, but it’s worth noting that McCaw got run on two NBA Championship-winning teams his first two years in the league, so he may find his way into the Toronto rotation sooner rather than later.--Jesse Borek
