6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard has his status for Friday’s contest versus the Charlotte Hornets in doubt due to a sprained left elbow. Lillard has been a hot streak as it pertains to finding his teammates, averaging nine assists per game over his last five contests, but he is also shooting just 35.8 percent overall in that span. He remains the engine that makes Portland’s offense go, so should he miss his first contest of the year, look for C.J. McCollum to be heavily relied upon.
