6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Danilo Gallinari led the team in scoring on Saturday, finishing a 109-104 loss to Detroit with 23 points. He shot 6-for-15 from the field and 3-for-9 from deep with an 8-for-8 record from the charity stripe. Lou Williams finished right behind him with 22 points. Gallinari added six rebounds and two assists to his account, but he also committed five turnovers. Gallinari has found his scoring form since the final days of 2018, getting at least 20 points in five of the last seven games. He should get plenty of scoring opportunities on Monday as well, with the Clippers hosting a pacy New Orleans team.
